申込方法(How to apply)

MyWasedaにログインします。
グローバルメニュー「ITサービス」内の左メニュー「理工コンピュータセミナー」 > 「セミナー受付」をクリックします。
コンピュータセミナーの申し込みページが表示されますので、申し込みを行ってください。

Login to MyWaseda.
Select Global Menu [IT Services] > Click left menu [Computer Seminar by Faulty of Science and Engineering] > [Seminar Registration]
Seminar registration page will be displayed. Please make an application of class which you would like to join.

お申し込みにおける注意事項(Notes on application)

受付は先着順です。定員を超えた時点で受付終了となりますので、ご了承ください。
申込を済ませた後、セミナーの受講ができなくなった場合は、コンピュータセミナー申込ページで必ず「キャンセル」を行ってください。「キャンセル」せずに欠席すると、次回以降のセミナーへのお申し込みができなくなる場合があります。

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be closed when the number of participants exceeds the capacity.
If you are unable to attend a seminar after you have registered, please be sure to "cancel" your registration on the computer seminar registration page. If you miss a seminar without cancelling, you may not be able to register for future seminars.

受講にあたり(Notes on the seminar)

セミナー当日は、直接会場に集合してください。セミナー開始15分前より、会場にて受付を行います。
会場の詳しい場所は「63号館情報フロアマップ」でご確認ください。
受講にあたっては、学生証または教職員証とMyWasedaのパスワードまたは理工UNIXシステムのID・パスワードが必要となりますので、必ずセミナー概要を確認ください。
実習ファイルなどのデータ持ち帰りを希望する方は、各自USBメモリ等を持参してください。
急病等により、やむを得ず欠席される場合（システムからキャンセルができない場合)は、mse-seminar@mse.waseda.ac.jpまで必ずご連絡ください。連絡のない場合、次回以降のセミナーへのお申し込みができなくなる場合があります。
機器管理のため会場は低めに温度設定されています。セミナー受講にあたっては、調節可能な衣服でご参加ください。
収集した個人情報は、理工コンピュータセミナーの事前予約と出席簿にのみ利用し、一定期間厳重に保管した後、処分します。

Please come directry to the venue on the day of seminar. The registration will be available 15 minutes before the seminar starts.
For details of the location of the venue, please refer to the "Information Floor Map of Building 63".
Please make sure to check the seminar outline, as you will need your student or faculty ID and MyWaseda password or your UNIX System ID and password.
Please bring your own USB memory stick if you wish to save data such as practice file.
If you are unable to attend the seminar due to a sudden illness or other unavoidable circumstances (i.e. you are unable to cancel via the system), please contact mse-seminar@mse.waseda.ac.jp. If you do not notify us, you may not be able to register for future seminars.
The temperature in the room is set low for equipment control. Please wear suitable clothing for the seminar.
The personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of reservation and attendance registers for science and engineering computer seminars and will be kept strictly confidential for a certain period of time before being disposed of.
